"No" it's just a two letter word which we often struggle to speak up. Sometimes just saying 'No' is a statement in itself , no need of explaining it further, because it's you who knows your limits, it's you who knows yourself better than anyone else, it's you who knows your likes ,dislikes, your dreams, your desires and everything that's related to you. Among all these years even i struggled with the same fear of saying 'No'.. Declining for something was a big deal for me. Whenever my heart was on the side to say No , my brain stopped him from doing it. My brain would impose it's decision on me by generating fear in my mind about how people will look at me with judging eyes, you will upset people around you, it would generate a guilt feeling and would scare me that no would would like me anymore.
