It's ok to say... "No"

"No" it's just a two letter word which we often struggle to speak up. Sometimes just saying 'No' is a statement in itself , no need of explaining it further, because it's you who knows your limits, it's you who knows yourself better than anyone else, it's you who knows your likes ,dislikes, your dreams, your desires and everything that's related to you.         Among all these years even i struggled with the same fear of saying 'No'.. Declining for something was a big deal for me. Whenever my heart was on the side to say No , my brain stopped him from doing it. My brain would impose it's decision on me by generating fear in my mind about how people will look at me with judging eyes, you will upset people around you, it would generate a guilt feeling and would scare me that no would would like me anymore.            Just because of this 'No' fear I allowed my self to be exploited emotionally , financially and all other ...

Equality..!!!! What is it???

What is equality..???      It's a state of being equal especially in status, rights and opportunities, then may it be a men, women,girl,boy,old,young,animals or whomsoever it may be. Then why always an issue of gender equality only is given so much of hype and attention?why?       We don't need men or women, girl or boy , young or old, hindu or muslim, open or sc/st in our society. We just need excellence in every aspect... If a woman can fly an aeroplane better than a man, she should be given that opportunity. If a man can cook better than a woman, he should be doing that. If a child can take better decision for his life why do we stop him to do it? He should be allowed to do so. If an 80yrs old man can work with more enthusiasm in an company, why is he asked to resign just because of an age factor? If a dog can gaurd well than human beings, why not it be preferred? If an open student is better than SC/ST, still he has to suffer jus...
