It's ok to say... "No"

"No" it's just a two letter word which we often struggle to speak up.

Sometimes just saying 'No' is a statement in itself , no need of explaining it further, because it's you who knows your limits, it's you who knows yourself better than anyone else, it's you who knows your likes ,dislikes, your dreams, your desires and everything that's related to you.
Among all these years even i struggled with the same fear of saying 'No'..
Declining for something was a big deal for me. Whenever my heart was on the side to say No , my brain stopped him from doing it. My brain would impose it's decision on me by generating fear in my mind about how people will look at me with judging eyes, you will upset people around you, it would generate a guilt feeling and would scare me that no would would like me anymore.
Just because of this 'No' fear I allowed my self to be exploited emotionally , financially and all other ways. But after loosing myself, my desires, my financial independence and almost everything I realised....

"You can do anything but not everything"

So stop being  a  people pleaser, because no matter how hard you try, you can't please everyone but yes by fetching time for yourself out of all the worldly chores you can please the one person whose most important to you and that's 'YOU'.
You have to say no to lot of good things in order to be able to say yes to a lot of great things.
 " Don't lie
Don't make excuses
Don't explain yourself everytime to everyone..
Just simply decline"

Just a thought ...think over it :)

Equality..!!!! What is it???

What is equality..???      It's a state of being equal especially in status, rights and opportunities, then may it be a men, women, girl, boy, old, young, animals or whomsoever it may be. Then why always an issue of gender equality only is given so much of hype and attention?why?       We don't need men or women, girl or boy , young or old, hindu or muslim, open or sc/st in our society. We just need excellence in every aspect... If a woman can fly an aeroplane better than a man, she should be given that opportunity. If a man can cook better than a woman, he should be doing that. If a child can take better decision for his life why do we stop him to do it? He should be allowed to do so. If an 80yrs old man can work with more enthusiasm in an company, why is he asked to resign just because of an age factor? If a dog can gaurd well than human beings, why not it be preferred? If an open student is better than SC/ST, still he has to suffer jus...

Fear of leaving the bad relationship....

A bad relationship is something, which never leaves you at peace.    But a relationship with few fights on silly reasons cannot be termed as bad , it's about you tried hard to adjust , to forgive, to love but when all your efforts are in vain, then you can label it as a bad relationship.    People still fear to get out or walk away from such kind of relation, mostly because they get habitual of it, they fear what if I don't get someone else to spend their life with, what if the person in future is worst than this, and if the children are involved then the fear gets worst.    But if there's nothing left in the current relationship, then why to fear of getting out of it. Atleast you will be free from all the emotional and physical trauma. It's hard but good to leave. Children of fighting couples are more emotionally weak than the the children of single parents. You may or may not get any partner in future but now atleast you have a chance to find some...
